If you are experiencing a behavioral or mental health challenge, schedule an appointment with your doctor. For help finding a behavioral health specialist. Call IEHP Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347), Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. TTY users should call 1-800-718-4347 and ask to speak to the Behavioral Health Department.

You have rights as a patient, including the: 

  • right to be treated with respect and dignity
  • right to have your privacy protected
  • right to understand treatment options and alternatives
  • right to receive services appropriate for your age and culture
  • right to care that does not discriminate by age, gender, race, or type of illness
