We Put Our Members First
At IEHP we’ve always placed our Members’ health care needs above all else. In partnership with our Providers, we remain committed to helping Members get the care they need quickly, with courtesy and respect.
Throughout the last 20 years, we’ve continuously tailored our services and programs to meet the needs of our members. Today, members can access care when and where they need it -- from their primary care physician, to urgent care centers, the 24-hour Nurse Advice Line and even alerts via mobile phone text.
Members also have numerous resources for managing their own health care. These include our self-service online portal and mobile App, our best-in-class Member Services phone line, our caring nurses and all of our Team Members.
We also continue to add more physicians to our Provider network, through new contracts with Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), medical groups and programs to attract Providers to the Inland Empire.
