As a public entity, IEHP has elected the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) in place of the traditional social security retirement system. In addition, we offer a 457 (b) Tax Deferred Compensation Program with an employer match of your pre-tax deposits up to 3% of your salary.

IEHP offers generous paid time-off (PTO) benefits to support your commitments to your family and community. In addition to eleven (11) paid holidays, Team Members immediately begin accruing 21 PTO days each year.
