Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
At IEHP, we believe in rewarding our Team Members for their talent and contribution to our mission. That's why we offer an annual salary, eligibility for annual bonus, plus a benefits package estimated at 35% of the annual salary. This package is designed to help you stay healthy, meet your financial and retirement goals, develop your career and continue your education – all while achieving a healthy work/life balance.
Health & Life
We offer several plans and options of comprehensive coverage, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and short- and long-term disability plans. IEHP has a Health & Wellness Program, an Employee Assistance Program, a gym membership reimbursement, carpool incentive and more.
Retirement & Savings
As a public entity, IEHP has elected the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) in place of the traditional social security retirement system. In addition, we offer a 457 (b) Tax Deferred Compensation Program with an employer match of your pre-tax deposits up to 3% of your salary.
Time Away from Work
IEHP offers generous paid time-off (PTO) benefits to support your commitments to your family and community. In addition to eleven (11) paid holidays, Team Members immediately begin accruing 18 PTO days each year.
The Difference at IEHP?
IEHP is more than just a great opportunity and working with a caring team. We help people get the care they need, every single day. With courtesy and respect, we help more than 1.15 million IEHP Members in the Inland Empire learn about and access their healthcare benefits. It’s a truly rewarding career that positively affects people’s lives.
Winning Team Culture
Our Team Culture drives our activities, interactions, and decisions each day. Team Members are encouraged to collaborate, share their expertise and ideas. We have fun and take pride in our culture at IEHP, and the community recognizes it. That’s why IEHP was recently named “Favorite Overall Company to Work For,” “Favorite Training Program,” and “Favorite Workplace Culture” in the Los Angeles News Group’s Winning Workplaces survey.
Diversity & Growth
Being one of the largest and fastest growing employers in the Inland Empire could not have been possible without a diverse blend of talented people. Our Team Members are all committed to the organization’s mission. With more than 1,600 Team members, diversity helps define our culture of service to the community. IEHP values each and every Team Member and believes each individual can make a difference.
Professional Development & Training
Continuous learning, educational opportunities, growth, and tuition reimbursement are supported throughout IEHP. We have a fast-paced work environment that will challenge you to be your best, yet encourage you to continue to strive for more as you achieve your career goals.
Volunteer and Outreach Opportunities
Sometimes the best benefits are the rewards you receive from giving your time to help others in need. IEHP participates in more than 70 or more outreach events each year! In recognition of Team Members who volunteer at our community events, IEHP rewards points that can be redeemed for great prizes, such as gift cards, a watch or even theme park tickets!
IEHP is located in Rancho Cucamonga, just minutes from every major freeway, numerous shopping malls, great restaurants, theatres, the Ontario Airport and a bunch of affordable condo communities. But while working at IEHP’s new facility, The Atrium, you might not want to leave the building. Built on a campus of more than 30 acres in Rancho Cucamonga, The Atrium, with two stories and more than 400,000 square feet, has been home to IEHP since the company relocated from San Bernardino in 2014.
There is plenty of free parking, a weekly car washing service, two quiet rooms, almost 20 break rooms, a mother’s room, a large cafeteria that serves Starbucks. There are outside dining areas and picnic tables where you can hang out with other Team Members and enjoy the perfect weather and the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains.
